///Tumblox for iOS

Our second iPhone/iPod project is out! Tumblox is a puzzle game that uses the iPhone tilt to move big boxes on small ones. Sounds easy? But different colors, portals and 3D at once bring up an interesting new combination of puzzle game elements.

/// Pitman iOS und Pitman Krumb

PITMAN - the first game of the RAT KING - is now available on the AppStore!

Pitman was created for the 7-Day-Roguelike-Challenge:
I took part in this interesting contest. Friedrich Hanisch and me used this week to intensively create a more or less functional game.
We loved to play out clichès like dwarfs walking through dungeons, killing goblins and trolls with their hammer.
Although everything is randomly generated the user is able to decide where the journey goes on by entering the edge of a tile.

/// Karoshi!
Karoshi! is the first complete game I made with Friedrich after all those prototypes. The game is multiplayer-only.
Try it with a friend over internet or LAN.

Karoshi! is Japanese and means "death through excessive labour". In our little strategy game you defend your office space against your opponent. Train your interns to become mobbers, vandals or geeks.

/// Ketonauts
Ketonauts is my diploma project. In this adventure you play a group of divers not knowing that it's a huge deep sea monster they are walking on. The game is made with Unity.

If you are interested in more infos regarding the game, read my blog about the creation process (German, but with nice pictures).

Or play the game itself!

Ketonauts was developed with the help of Friedrich (scripting) and Paul Hanisch (music).
/// The Kitchen
What looks like a common rendering is an ingame level shot of a platformer game.

Light setup by Igor Posavec, additional modeling and texturing by Friedrich.
/// Characterdesign
Character modeling and design for a web comic about financial advice.

I redesigned those characters from sketches by Igor Posavec.
/// Über Leben und Sterben
One of my most important projects I did while my study is "Über Leben und Sterben" (About live and death). This deathmatch game is another result of a collaboration with Friedrich. Both characters are absolutely different - the Prey is more defensive and the Huntress is the aggressive one.

Some character studies I did before modeling the Huntress. The main interest of this proud creature is the prestige she earns for hunting down the Shapeshifter.

This magical being was hunted in fear for its powerful ability to grow plants from out of nowhere. Formerly adored by the folk of the hunters, the last survived Shapeshifter is not more than a prescious trophy.

/// Omerta

This prototype is a multiplayer game. Taking place in a mafia-themed setting you have to find the opposing boss who is in one of the several houses on the island. For this purpose you recruit thieves and fighters from the population. But you never know if it's your opponent you are recruiting.
